Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2(1H)-one, sodium salt is not irritating for the rabbit eye.
Executive summary:

Under the test conditions a single instillation of 0.1 ml 4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine-2(1H)-one, sodium salt 8% in Water per animal into the conjunctival sac of the right eye of three rabbits caused the following effects:

Conjunctival redness (grade 1) was noted in all animals 1 hour after instillation. The cornea and iris werde not affected by instillatoin of the test compound. There were no systemic intollerance reactions.
