- Conclusions:
- Inhalation of TS-ED 532 is not a relevant route of human exposure. TS-ED 532 is non-volatile and respiratory absorption is negligible.
- Executive summary:
The repeated dose inhalation toxicity study of TS-ED 532 has not been performed in accordance with annex IX, column 2 (8.6.2). The vapour pressure of TS-ED 532 has been determined 1.1x10-7 Pa at 25°C and 4.8x10-8 Pa at 20°C. TS-ED 532 is non-volatile and respiratory absorption is negligible. Thus, inhalation of TS-ED 532 is not a relevant route of human exposure.
