Conclusions:
The viscosity of the test substance was determined according to OECD Guideline 114.
The viscosity of the test substance is 4.7 mPa.s at 20°C and 3.2 mPa.s at 30°C.

Below 20°C the test substance behaved like a non-Newtonian liquid (a pseudoplastic liquid), i.e. the viscosity decreased at higher shear rates. Next to that the viscosity was time dependent below 20°C.

The test substance behaved like a Newtonian liquid at and above 20°C, i.e. the viscosity was independent of the shear rate. Also the viscosity did not change in time.
Executive summary:

The viscosity of Trigonox 301 (CAS 26748 -23 -0) was determined according to OECD Guideline 114 , and in accordance with European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, Chapter R.7a, Endpoint specific guidance, May 2008.

The viscosity of the test substance is 4.7 mPa.s at 50 rpm (20 oC)
