Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The GLP study was performed according to EU method A.2 without deviations and therefore reliability of Klimisch 1 has been assigned. Boiling point has been determined to be 258°C.
Executive summary:

The boiling point at 258 °C of the test substance was determined in a GLP test according to EU method A.2 using the distillation method. No melting point has been determined down a temperature of -70°C; the melting point of N-(2-chloroethyl)-N-ethyl-3-methylaniline is <-70°C. The atmospheric pressure at the time of measurement was 1014 hPa. From about 260 °C (temperature of the liquid) formation of smoke was observed. The first drop of condensed product was seen at 258 °C in the gas room. The temperature of the liquid was 262 °C at this time. A temperature correction of the boiling temperature was not necessary.
