The mean pressure rise time of the test mixture is 4884 ms. It is thus higher than the mean pressure rise time of a reference mixture of cellulose and 65% aqueous nitric acid with 3556 ms. Thus the test substance is not considered an oxidizing liquid according to Regulation (EC) 440/2008, Annex A21.
