Conclusions:
In accordance with REACH Annex VII, Section 7.7, this study does not need to be conducted if the substance is hydrolytically unstable.
As shown in GLP study 19-04258-2 {OECD 111, Hydrolysis as a function of pH) the test item Ethanol, 2,2'­oxybis-, reaction products with 3-(triethoxysi/yl)-1-propanamine is hydrolytically unstable at pH 4, 7, and 9 with half-life periods <= 30 min.
