Endpoint:
boiling point
Type of information:
experimental study
Adequacy of study:
key study
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
OECD Guideline 103 (Boiling point/boiling range)
GLP compliance:
yes (incl. QA statement)
Type of method:
method according to Siwoloboff
Decomposition:
yes
Remarks on result:
other: Decomposition is very gradual and it is not possible to define its temperature.
Conclusions:
It is not possible to determine boiling point of Boron, (benzenemethanamine)trifluoro-,(t-4)-, reaction products with bu glycidyl ether due to the sample decomposition.

Executive summary:

Boron, (benzenemethanamine)trifluoro-,(t-4)-, reaction products with bu glycidyl ether was tested by Siwoloboff method with photocell detection to determine boiling point. Sample was heated up to 250 C, no boiling point was detected due to decomposition of the substance. Decomposition is very gradual so decomposition temperature cannot be determined.

Description of key information

It is not possible to determine boiling point of Boron, (benzenemethanamine)trifluoro-,(t-4)-, reaction products with bu glycidyl ether due to substance decomposition.
