PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: Due to the low water solubility of the test item (< 100 mg/L), the test item was mixed with M4-medium and stirred for about 20 hours followed by centrifugation at 17700 g. The resulting clear solution was then used in the test.
