Description of key information

Biodegradation in water: screening test: Key study: Based on experimental results on analogue substance P0310 (OECD 301A and GLP), the substance P-1057 was considered to be not readily biodegradable. The substance was assumed to be not inhibitory to activated sludge in an estimate concentration of 102 mg/L.

Biodegradation in water and sediment: simulation test: Data waiving (other justification): In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex IX, the study does not need to be conducted since the chemical safety assessment indicates that there is no need to investigate further the degradation of the substance and its degradation product.
