Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The test substance being a complex reaction product with a large number of components, the assessment of abiotic degradation based on the decrease of substance concentration in water can not be performed.

In water and sewage treatment plants, slow degradation is expected, since the analogue (Pentaerythritol, ethoxylated, esters with acrylic acid; EC N. 500 -111 -9/CAS N. 51728-26) to the test substance reached a biodegradation value of 27% at day 28 in an OECD 301-Screening test.

More than 94% of all the components having log Kow < 3, no bioaccumulations in water/sediment and soil are expected.

A range of adsorption/desorption coefficient values was calculated from experimental Log Kow values: 1.53 to 2.37. 76.2% of the components have Log Koc ranged from 1.80 to 2.06. Therefore, no adsorption to solid soil phase is expected.
