Description of key information

According to the Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment; Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance; Point R.7.1.10.1 Information requirements on flammability testing for Pyrophoricity and Flammability on contact with water can be waived based on the consideration of the structure and experience in handling and use. There are no structural alerts within this substance and great experience in handling and use give evidence that no Pyrophoricity and Flammability on contact with water properties give any concern.
According to the Guidance document the Flammability of liquids is described by the Flash Point.
The Flash Point of the substance is 96°C.
Therefore no further testing is required on this endpoint.
