Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
No significant hydrolysis espected under environmentally relevenat conditions of pH. Where there is contact with aqueous media having extremely low or extremely high pHs, hydrolysis is an expected consequence of such contamination. We strongly recommend that zinc dithiophosphates of any kind are not exposed to strong aqueous acids or bases either in storage or actual use.
