As the approximate value of the flash point was known the performance of the preliminary test was not necessary. In the main test the data points were determined by heating rate 1 K/min, as proposed in DIN EN ISO 13736.

The mean flash point corrected to 1013 hPa is -4.6 °C.

The final flash point rounded down with an accuracy of 0.5 °C is -5.0 °C.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The flash point of the test item is -5.0 °C under atmospheric conditions (1013.3 hPa).
Executive summary:
The flash point of the test item is -5.0 °C under atmospheric conditions (1013.3 hPa).
