Additional information

An attempt was made in order to assess developmental toxicity through a (Q)SAR model. The model output shows that the substance could be a developmental toxicant. However, the study was disregarded because the reliability could not be assessed (the model documentation is not yet detailed enough to allow a proper assessment).

Short description of key information:
Available data ((Q)SAR model output) are inconclusive.

Effects on developmental toxicity

Description of key information
The substance appears developmental toxic.
Additional information

Structure-activity relationship has been assessed through in silico method:

the model output suggests that the substance is likely to be toxic to development; but due to the lack of robustness of the QSAR method, the study is disregarded.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Available data ((Q)SAR model output) are inconclusive to classify the substance.
