Description of key information

The performance of a test for hydrolysis as function of pH is scientifically unjustified. The study need not to be conducted as Lithium chloride completely dissociates in water forming Lithium cation and the corresponding chloride anion, independent of the pH of the solution. Both, the cation and the anion are stable in the aquatic environment.
