Results and discussion
Melting / freezing point
- Key result
- Melting / freezing pt.:
- >= 800 °C
- Sublimation:
- no
- Remarks on result:
- other: no significant thermal effects up to 800°C.
Any other information on results incl. tables
The test item shows an endothermic weight loss early on, about 140°C or so, then gradual minor weight loss thereafter. The minor weight loss above 200°C is less than 0.2 -0.4%. The analysis shows that the test item is stable up to 800°C.
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The test item has no melting point up to 800 °C. No significant thermal effects from room temperature to 800 °C were determined in a differential thermal analysis.
