Administrative data
First-aid measures
Eyes:
Immediately flush eye(s) with plenty of water. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continou rinsing.
Call a doctor immediately.
Skin:
Wash off immediately with plenty of water. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
Ingestion:
If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.
Rinse out mouth and then drink plenty of water.
Do NOT induce vomiting.
Inhalation:
Provide fresh air. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agents:
Carbon dioxide, dry powder, water spray, alcohol resistant foam.
Products arising from burning or pyrolysis:
Carbon oxides, BOx, water
Protective equipment:
In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
In case of accidental spillage: Sweep up or vacuum up (e.g. using an industrial vacuum cleaner of approved type) spillage and collect in suitable container for disposal. The containers label in accordance with the current EU regulations. Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Wear personal protective equipment. Avoid dust formation. Dispose of as special waste in compliance with local and national regulations.
Handling and storage
The containers have to be barrels (air-tight and water-protected) made from polyethylene or metal. Keep containers tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid dust formation. Keep in a dry place. For the storage the original packaging drums or other unbreakable and correctly labelled containers are to be used. Keep containers secure by suitable measures against falling down. Avoid product residues on the packing drums.

Exposure controls / personal protection
The major work is control penal work controlling the manufacturing of the substance in closed system. All handling of substances is according to safety requirements. Only trained personnel (PPE).
All working methods must always be designed so that exposure by skin contact and, if applicable, by inhalation of the substance, is minimized. In addition, eye contact with the substance must be avoided. Closed or at least splash proof equipment should be used during filling, transfer and metered feeding as well as during sampling. In the case of handling in open systems, any dust that can form must be extracted directly at the point of origin. If technical extraction or ventilation measures are not possible or are insufficient, personal protection equipment should be worn. Adequate washing facilities should be available in the immediate vicinity of the work area and eye douches should be made available and their location indicated conspicuously. After skin contact, the affected parts of the skin should be cleaned thoroughly. Special skin-protection and skin-care measures are recommended. A skin-protection plan should be drawn up.
Personal protective equipment.
- Respiratory protection: Breathing only if aerosol or dust is formed.
- Half mask with a particle filter P1.
- Hand protection: Rubber gloves, solvent-resistant gloves (butyl-rubber), Nitrile-rubber gloves.
- Eye protection: Tightly fitting safety goggles
- Skin and body protection: Long sleeved clothing.
- Hygiene measures: Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of the workday.
Stability and reactivity
The substance hydroyses in contact with water / air moisture.
Disposal considerations
Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Dispose of as special waste in compliance with local and national regulations.
