Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Octanol Solubility:

According to OECD Test Guideline 105 (1995) and Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.6. the octanol solubility at 20 °C of the test item DMPSA-K2 was determined to be:

cS = 278.4 mg/L

RSD = 8.1%

The partition coefficient is calculated with the determined octanol solubility of this study and the water solubility of study CSL-19-0535.04 by using following equation:

Pow = cn–octanol / cwater

Pow = (0.2784 g/L) / (79.5 g/L)

log POW = -2.5

Description of key information

log Pow = -2.5 at 20 °C (Calculation Method Fragments, OECD 105)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
-2.5
at the temperature of:
