Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Get medical attention if ill effects
persist.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wipe off and flush with water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: No first aid should be needed.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water fog, CO2, dry chemical, foam
Product arising from burning: Silicon dioxide, carbon dioxide and traces of incompletely
burned carbon products (information supplied by the
manufacturer).
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Use self-contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Use absorbent material to collect and contain for salvage or
disposal. Remove all sources of ignition and wear
protection equipments.
Handling and storage
Handling: Avoid ingestion, inhalation and contact with skin and eyes.
Use adequate ventilation and protective clothing, including
safety glasses as a minimum.
Storage: Keep container closed and away from heat, sparks and open
flame.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Dabco DC5067 is not sold as an end-use product. It is used
as one ingredient of a silicone surfactant blend. This
