The mean burning time of both test item mixtures was more than the mean burning time of the 3:7 (w/w) reference mixture. According to this, the test item has no oxidizing properties.

Conclusions:
The full test was performed to monitor the oxidizing properties of JNJ-39722280-AAA (4-nitrobenzene-1-sulfonyl chloride).
Based on the results obtained it was concluded that the test item has no oxidizing properties and is therefore not classified as a Division 5.1 substance.
