Description Colourless to pale yellow liquid
Test substance storage Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. Store in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. Remove all sources of ignition. Keep away from sources of heat (e.g. hot surfaces), sparks and open flames.
Radiolabelling:
no
Test temperature:
between 29.8°C and 30.1°C
Details on study design: HPLC method:
A stock solution of the test item was be prepared at a concentration of 1 g/L in acetone. A diluted solution was prepared in the HPLC mobile phase. Sodium nitrate was added to this solution. These concentrations were adjusted depending on the response intensity of the compound on the system.
The dead time t0 was measured by using a non-retained compound (sodium nitrate) which was present in the reference items mix and in the test item solution.
