Description of key information

Stability

A study on hydrolysis does not need to be conducted because the test item is highly insoluble in water.

Biodegradation

The test item was found to be not readily biodegradable in two Guideline conform studies (301C and 301F).

Bioaccumulation

The steady BCF mean value of the test item was determined to be 200 (dimensionless) in a GLP conform study according to OECD 305. Therefore, it can be considered that the substance does not bioaccumulate in organisms after 28 days exposure via the aqueous phase.

Adsorption/Desoprtion

The adsoprtion coefficient (log Koc) of the test item was determined to be greater than 5.6 according to OECD Guideline 121. Since the log Koc is greater than 3 the test substance has a adsorption potential.
