Classification according to CLP

The available data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. The test substance was found to be readily biodegradable under the test conditions. The Algae test revealed a 72-hour ErC10 and ErC50 (growth rate) of > 100 mg/L. The 48-hour EC50 for Daphnia magna was determined to be > 100 mg/L. Based on these results, the substance is neither classified for short term (acute), nor for long-term (chronic) aquatic toxicity, according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP) as amended for the eleventh time in Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/669.
