Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The biodegradability potential of target substance was assessed using a QSAR prediction on the substance itself along with an experimental data on a read across substance, i.e. Similar Substance 01. Details on the read across approach are available in section 13.

Target substance was predicted to be non ready biodegradable by EPI Suite v4.11.

Such conclusion was confirmed by an experimental data on Similar Substance 01. In particular, in a 28 -days study according to OECD guideline 301F, Similar Substance 01 resulted as not readily biodegradable. On day 28, mean biodegradation was 1 %. Inoculum control, functional control and toxicity control were also run; validity criteria of the guideline were fulfilled.
