Therefore, according to this test, it was considered that the test material is not surface active (surface tension > 60 mN/m). - Executive summary:
The surface tension of a solution of Hexenyl-3-cis Isobutyrate in ultrapure water (90% of the saturation concentration) was determined according to the OECD Guideline No. 115, using the ring method.
The result is: 64.8 mN/m
Therefore, according to this test, it was considered that the test material is not surface active (surface tension > 60 mN/m).
