Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
not specified
Conclusions:
The 30 min EC0 of 3,5,5-Trimethyl-ethyl capronate to Pseudomonas putida was 1000 mg/L, the 30 min EC10 was 1200 mg/L.
Executive summary:

In a 30 min Pseudomonas oxygen consumption inhibition test according to DIN 38412 part 27, Pseudomonas putida was exposed to 3,5,5-Trimethyl-ethyl capronate (95% a.i.) at nominal concentrations of 0 (control), 300, 1000, 3000 and 10000 mg/L.

Oxygen consumption was reduced by 28% at 10000 mg/L compared to the control, by 16% at 3000 mg/L and by 9% at 1000 and 300 mg/L.

The 30 min EC0 of 3,5,5-Trimethyl-ethyl capronate to Pseudomonas putida was 1000 mg/L, the 30 min EC10 was 1200 mg/L.
