Description of key information

Acetic acid, C11-14-isoalkyl esters, C13-rich is an alcohol (C13 -C16)-derived UVCB substance. It is a clear colourless liquid under standard conditions of temperature and pressure. It has a measured freezing temperature of <-20°C and a measured boiling point of 271.5°C at 1013 hPa. The substance has a measured relative density of 0.87 at 20 ± 0.5°C and a measured vapour pressure value of 0.51 Pa at 25°C. The dynamic viscosity values at 20°C and 40°C are 4.9 mPa.s and 3.1 mPa.s respectively.

Measured log Kow values for the constituents are in the range of 4.59 - 6.41, while the water solubility of the whole substance is 3.08E-05 g/L at 20 ± 0.5°C and pH 6.3 - 6.9, with a range of 2.73E-05 to 3.71E-05 g/L at 20±0.5°C and pH 6.3 -6.9.
