The relative density of N-[3 -tris(trimethylsilyloxy)-silylpropyl]prop-2 -enamide was determined using the gas comparison method at a temperature of 20 °C ± 0.8 °C. The determination of the relative density was performed by at least threefold measurements of two independent test item samples. The individual readings are summarised in table 1.

The density of the test item was determined to be 0.984 g/cm³ (= 0.984 * 10³ kg/m³).
