The isoteniscope method was employed for vapour pressure determination (American Society for Testing Materials: ASTM D2879-92, as recommended by the OECD).

Conclusions:
The vapor pressure was determined to be 10 Pa at 25°C.

Description of key information

The vapour pressure of the test substance was determined to be 12 ± 4 Pa at 25°C (298K) in a GLP-compliant study conducted according to methods described in EEC Directive 67/548, Annex V, A4. as published in 84/449/EEC and similar to the OECD guideline 104 performed by Huntingdon Research Centre Ltd. (1990).

The study was considered to be reliable without restrictions (Klimisch 1).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
12 Pa
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

A supporting study performed according to the OECD 104, performed by BC Research Inc. (20003) and considered reliable without restrictions and reports a vapour pressure of 10 Pa at 25°C which is in line with the key value.
