The Henry's Law Constant from QSAR estimates following the group contribution method is estimated to be 623 Pa.m3/mole for all of the xylene isomers.

The log Kow of the xylene isomers ranges from 3.12 to 3.2 which suggests that they have the potential to sorb to soil and sediment. An OECD 121 study using o-xylene (Hodson et al 1988), read across to the other xylene isomers, gives a log Koc estimated using HPLC of 2.73.
