A literature review was conducted. In a weight of evidence approach the literature values were evaluated. The National Fire Protection Association (cited in HSDB) reports a auto ignition temperature of 347 °C. In GESTIS an auto ignition temperature of 370 °C is reported. the two independent literature sources report the auto ignition temperture in the same range. The value from the National Fire Protection Association (cited in HSDB) which is a peer reviewed database was chosen as key parameter for the auto ignition temperature.
