In accordance with column 2 of REACH (REGULATION (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex IX, short-term toxicity to invertebrates studies (required in section 9.4.1) do not need to be conducted as the results of the chemical safety assessment do not indicate the need for further investigation of the effects on terrestrial organisms.
In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex X, long-term toxicity to invertebrates studies (required in section 9.4.4) do not need to be conducted as the results of the chemical safety assessment do not indicate the need for further investigation of the effects on terrestrial organisms.
