On the basis of the available data on the aquatic toxicity of the substance FAT 40850/A TE (the observed L(E)C 50 values in the acute aquatic toxicity tests are all greater than 100 mg/L) and its physicochemical properties, the substance is not to be classified for environmental hazard in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 286/2011 of 10 March 2011 (2nd amendment of CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008).
