According to several handbook data, the self ignition point of 3-chloropropene is at 737 °F, which equals 391 - 392 °C.

According to above listed date, the self ignition point of 3 -chloropropene very consistently is reported to be at 737 °F. When "translating" into the centigrade scale the values differ slightly in the range 391 - 392 °C.
