Details on results:
The results for the samples taken at a flow rate of 12 and 24 ml/h are given in Table 1. The water solubility is given as a mean value of the measurements at both flow rates, because the coefficient of variation for both flow rates (CV) (n=10) and maximum difference on the water solubility was <30%. No undissolved particles were present in eluates.
The results of the accuracy samples are shown in Table 2.
The mean accuracy (value above the range 70-110%) was used to correct the water solubility data present in Table 1.
