Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
Under the conditions of the present study WAY-188471 did not induce acute immobilisation of Daphnia magna at 8.51 mg/l after 48 hours of exposure (NOEC).
The 48h-EC50 was beyond the range tested, i.e. exceeded an initial concentration of 8.5 mg/l.
Due to the very low solubility of WAY-188471 in water, concentration levels that might be toxic for Daphnia magna could not be reached.
