Additional information

There is no concern for mutagenic or genotoxic activity observed in any of the performed in vitro genotoxicity studies. In the available sub-acute and sub-chronic studies there are no indications of non-specific organ damage or chronic inflammation. Since there was no indication in the repeated dose toxicity studies that the substance would be able to induce hyperplasia or pre-neoplastic lesions, carcinogenicity study is not needed. Carcinogenicity in humans is not expected. Moreover, carcinogenicity studies are not an information requirement at this tonnage level.
