Conclusions:
The substance has been evaluated to possess no oxidizing and no explosive properties. The substance is determined to be not flammable by ignition. Based on the DSC experiment and the self-ignition test, the substance is not expected to be thermally unstable. Furthermore, experience in handling showed that the substance is not a self-reactive substance.
Based on all available information, it was concluded that the substance does not have to be classified for the CLP hazard 'self-reactive substances' and testing does not need to be to be considered.
