The preliminary test estimated flash point of the substance was 142 °C.

The main study estimated flash point values were 140 °C and 138 °C in test 1 and test 2, respectively. The lowest value obtained was accepted as a final result.

The atmospheric pressure P during the experiment was 1016.5 hPa. The correction to be applied was 0.025*(1013-P); ca. -0.09 °C, thus neglected.
