Additional information
The only toxicologically significant findings from this study were in the 1000 mg/kg/bw/day and related to reductions in body weight gain in adult males throughout the treatment period and in adult females during lactation. These effects were considered to be representative of a general systemic effect of S190700 and not related to any effect of reproduction. No effects were seen at the other two dose levels used in the study of 50 and 250 mg/kg/bw/day and therefore the study NOEL was considered to be 250 mg/kg/bw/day. This NOEL was considered to be appropriate for determination of the oral DNEL for reproduction.

Justification for classification or non-classification
The only toxicologically significant findings in the OECD 421 reproduction/development toxicity screening in the 1000 mg/kg/bw/day and related to reductions in body weight gain in adult males throughout the treatment period and in adult females during lactation. These effects were considered to be representative of a general systemic effect of the test substance and not related to any direct effect on reproduction. The test substance was therefore considered non-classifiable for effects on reproduction.
