The flashpoint of Tar wood is stated as: 92.5 °C ± 0.5 °C (corresponding to 365.7 K ± 0.5 K) at 1013 hPa.
Therefore the substance can be classified as non flammable.

Justification for classification or non-classification
Because of the fact that the flash point of Tar wood is >60°C, no flammability is to be expected.
