Administrative data
First-aid measures
medical attention. Provide artificial respiration if
necessary.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Irrigate immediately with plenty of fresh water for at least
15 minutes with lids open. Seek medical attention if
symptoms persist.
Emergency measure - Skin: Flush with water immediately. Remove contaminated clothing.
Wash skin with water, with mild soap and water and again
flush with water. Seek medical attention if symptoms
persist.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting.
Do not give liquids to an unconscious person.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: Fumes of sulphur dioxide.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Full protection by suitable clothing and positive pressure
breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
inert material and transfer to secure containers. Wash down
contaminated areas with plenty of water, using containment
to avoid washings reaching drains or surface water.
Handling and storage
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place away from acute fire
hazards in plastic or glass containers.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Packed in large (5 - 200 litre) HDPE plastic bottles with
screw caps. Containers individually labelled.
