First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove the subject from dusty environment and let him blow
his nose.
Emergency measure - Eyes: In case of contact with eyes, flush eyes with running water
for several minutes, while keeping the eyelids open.
Consult ophthalmologist in case of persisent pain or
redness.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash affected skin with soap and water. Clean clothing.
Consult physician in case of persisent pain or redness.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention.
If the subject is unconscious: Classical resuscitation
measures.

clothing.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Collect the product with suitable means avoiding dust
formation. Place material into a closed and labelled
container. Dispose in compliance with local/federal and
national regulations. Send the product to an authorised
hazardous waste incinerator.
Do not discharge into the environment (sewers, rivers,
soils, ...).
Handling and storage
Handling: Handle small quantities under a lab hood
Carry out industrial operations in closed, but vented,
piping circuits and equipment.
Keep away from heat sources.
Storage: Keep in orginal packaging, closed.
Other precautions:
Grounded equipment.
No flames or sparks, no smoking.
Avoid dust and formation of dust clouds
Provide local ventilation suitable for the dust risk
Warn people about the dangers of the product.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: ± 60 L Fibre drums with the product contained in a double
