- The flash point of the test substance is above the classification threshold of 60 °C (NOT classified for CLP criteria), but at the classification threshold of 93 °C (GHS criteria). Therefore, the test substance is classified as flammable liquid in cat.4 according to GHS criteria.

The flash point of the test substance was determined under GLP according to EU A.9 guideline, using a closed cup method with Setaflash apparatus.
After a screening determination, two main runs were performed, and found identical.
The flash point of the test substance was determined to be 93°C.
Reference
In a first test, the temperature was increased by successive steps of +5.0 °C, using 2 mL of sample. Flashing occurred at 95°C.
The procedure was reproduced in duplicate using a new 2.0 mL sample for each replicate test, and the temperature was regularly increased by successive steps of 0.5 °C. Flashing occurred at 93.0°C in both cases.
Mean Flash Point = 93.0 +/-0.0°C.
