Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The surface tension of the test substance is 67.4 mN/m.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of the test substance was determined using an OECD Guideline 115 test. A DuNouy Interfacial Tensiometer was used to measure the surface tension.  A concentration of 1 g/L was tested.  Two replicates with 6 measurements each were made at approximately 20 degrees C.  The measurements were then corrected using calibration data with water, the ring size, and wire size.  The mean corrected surface tension was  67.4 mN/m.
