Description of key information

Not relevant as highly dependent from speciation; as unchanged aqueous solution fully miscible with water

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Testing for this endpoint has been waived as an experiment is considered scientifically unjustified.

The ferric ion (iron (III), Fe+3, CAS 20074-52-6) in the submission item will be subject to hydrolytic speciation processes, which are discussed in the sections on stability and hydrolysis.
