Toxicity to fish

The acute toxicity was investigated in Danio rerio fish according to OECD 203.

The obtained results, in compliance with test acceptability criteria, LC50 of the test item at T= 96 h (measured concentration): 0.053 mg/L

Toxicity to aquatic invertebrates

The acute toxicity was investigated in Daphnia magna according to OECD 202.

The obtained results, in compliance with test acceptability criteria, EC50 of the test item at T= 48 h (measured concentration) = 0.042 mg

Toxicity to algae

The toxicity was investigated in Pseudokirchnerella subcapitata according to OECD 201.

The obtained results, in compliance with test acceptability criteria, EC50 (72 h) of the test item “N4,N4’-HEXANE-1,6 -DIYLBIS[N-BUTYL-6-CHLORO-N,N’-BIS(2,2,6,6-T ETRAMETHYLPIPERIDIN-4-YL)- 1,3,5-TRIAZINE-2,4-DIAMINE]” (measured concentration): 0.081 mg/L

Toxicity to micro-organisms

The obtained results, in compliance with assay validity criteria, interpreted in accordance to OECD 209: 2010, show that the EC50 value of the test item “N4,N4’-HEXANE-1,6-DIYLBIS[N-BUTYL-6-CHLORON,N’-BIS(2,2,6,6-TETRAMETHYLPIPERIDIN-4-YL)- 1,3,5-TRIAZINE-2,4-DIAMINE]” after 3 hours results greater than 1000 mg/L.
