Conclusions:
Using the flask method it was shown that the solubility of 3-Bromo-1-(3-Chloro-2-Pyridyl)-5-Methyl-1H-Pyrazole shows no significant pH dependance ranging from 871 mg/L (pH = 4) to 881 mg/L (pH = 9).
Executive summary:

The objective of this study is to determine the solubility in water of 3-Bromo-1-(3-Chloro-2-Pyridyl)-5-Methyl-1H-Pyrazole following the Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 - and Council regulation (EC) No. 260/2014 - EC A.6. method (2014) and OECD Guideline No. 105 (1995).

The solubility of 3-Bromo-1-(3-Chloro-2-Pyridyl)-5-Methyl-1H-Pyrazole in water performed at three pH (4, 7 and 9) was as followed:

pH (4) = 871 mg/L

pH(7) = 856 mg/L

pH (9) = 881 mg/L
