Description of key information
A waiver is proposed for adsorption/desorption studies in line with Column 2 of Annex VIII of the REACH regulation. Based on physicochemical properties (i.e. Log Pow = -0.6) the substance can be expected to have a low potential for adsorption. According to Column 2 of Annex VIII of the REACH regulation, no study is required if the logPow is below the trigger of 3 as the substance can be expected to have a low potential for adsorption.Given this no futher information on soil adsorption/desorption is required.
