Conclusions:
The boiling point of the reaction mass of morpholine and 6-[(p-tosyl)amino]hexanoic acid, compound with morpholine (1:1) was reported to be 105.6°C at 101.325 kPa
Executive summary:

The boiling point and latent heat of evaporation of the reaction mass of morpholine and 6-[(p-tosyl)amino]hexanoic acid, compound with morpholine (1:1) was assessed in a study undertaken according to OECD Guideline 103 (Boiling Point) without any reported deviation. This method required the use of an ebulliometer, with measurements of the boiling point temperature taken at an absolute pressure (above the sample) range of 58 to 1022 kPa. The Clapeyron-Clausius equation was applied to calculate an ultimate boiling point temperature of 105.6 °C and latent heat of evaporation of 41.0 kJ/mol at the required standard pressure of 101.325 kPa.

Description of key information

A boiling point temperature of 105.6 °C at 101.325 kPa was calculated for the reaction mass of morpholine and 6-[(p-tosyl)amino]hexanoic acid, compound with morpholine (1:1).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
105.6 °C
